Thames Philharmonia (TP) held its AGM on 4th November 2018 at New Malden Methodist Church 49 High St. KT3 4BY .

Minutes of the 12 November 2017 AGM were approved.
The accounts for the year ending 31 August 2018 were approved.
Chair and Secretary* retired.
Officers (Vice Chair and Treasurer) and committee members (Richard Allan, Carole Kaldor and Peter Kaldor) standing were reelected unopposed.

With officer positions Chair and Secretary vacant, an EGM will be called asking for nominations for officer positions. Our rules require 21 days notice of EGM, and that nominations be received 7 days prior to EGM.

*The Secretary was also acting as Librarian and retired from that responsibility. The role of Librarian is not an officer position, nor required to be a committee member.
